By accessing or using SolusiBooking (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

SolusiBooking is a rental management platform that provides tools for managing orders, customers, inventory, finances, and online booking pages. The Service is provided on a lifetime license basis — you pay once and use the Service indefinitely, including all future feature updates.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with third parties.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your business.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate rental business management.

5. Payment Terms

SolusiBooking operates on a one-time lifetime payment model. Upon successful payment, your account will be activated within 1×24 hours. Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice, however previously purchased licenses will not be affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SolusiBooking platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of SolusiBooking and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspension of the Service with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolusiBooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination due to your violation, no refund will be issued. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
